  2. Grouping and Ungrouping a Graph

  4. When you create a graph, the resulting graph object is ungrouped. Graph components can be moved individually. Grouping a graph object allows you to move all graph components at the same time.

  7. Click the graph object you want to group, or select the Arrow tool on the tool palette, then drag a selection marquee that completely encloses all graph components.

  9. Eight selection handles appear around the graph object.

  11. Step 2
  12. Choose Group Graph from the Graph menu.

  14. Step 3
  15. Choose Group Graph from the Graph menu again to ungroup the selected graph.
